The Science Café at Carpe Diem in Orihuela is behind us - and it was an outstanding event! The bar was packed, and the friendly atmosphere perfectly combined science, humor, food and fun.
During the evening, SEASONED researchers Esther Sendra Nadal and Luis Noguera Artiaga shared their insights on sensory analysis in food - senses, genetics and consumer preferences.
The event was hosted with energy and humor by Santi García Cremades and Noelia García Moreno, creating a unique atmosphere.
