International Conference on the Quality and Safety in Food Production Chain
(Save the date!)

SEASONED UPWr Team will host an International Conference on the Quality and Safety in Food Production Chain. This event is an excellent opportunity to bring together all interested parties, including the academic community, businesses, policymakers, etc., interested in the quality and safety throughout the food production chain, from the farm to consumption and beyond.

The conference will take place in Wrocław on the 12th-13th of September 2024. It will be attended by scientists from the country and abroad, representatives of the food, biotechnological, pharmaceutical, feed, and derivative industries.
The conference will include the following thematic sessions:

  • Traditional and regional food,
  • Safety systems in the food production chain,
  • Food analytics,
  • Innovative food products,
  • Nutrition and consumer behaviour,
  • New trends in food technology and packaging systems.

The conference program also includes sessions for industry participants and young science enthusiasts, including students of scientific circles and doctoral students.The latest achievements in the broadly understood food sciences, biotechnology and molecular biology, nutraceuticals, preventive nutrition of civilisation diseases,  traditional and regional food will be presented and discussed. The oral presentations and e-posters of the conference will be reviewed, edited, and published as compact conference materials available on the conference website.
