V AEPAS Symposium – Spanish sensory experts meet in Girona

From June 19th to 21st, 2024, the fifth AEPAS Symposium took place in Girona, Spain – a key event for Spanish professionals in sensory analysis. This year’s edition was hosted by the Institute of Agrifood Research and Technology (IRTA).

The symposium provided a valuable platform to share research results, exchange expertise, and discuss the future of sensory science. BCC Innovation was represented by Dr. Laura Vázquez-Araújo, who presented the outcomes of several projects where sensory analysis plays a pivotal role.

Participation in the symposium offered an excellent opportunity to present research achievements, foster networking, and exchange knowledge that will contribute to the advancement of food science and sensory research.
